2014-15 8th Grade- Cardboard Animal Masks

I really loved this project, though there was some frustration at first.  I had students completely design the mask on paper first and figure out how to put all the pieces together.  Then, they transferred the design onto cardboard.  The final touch was to paint and add embellishments.  Everyone was really impressed with the final product and I think my students learned a lot about how to see a project through to the end.
